My Data Overview
My Data is your central hub for managing uploaded files and database connectors in Formula Bot. Upload, search, organize, and start analyzing data.
My Data is your central hub for managing all the files and data connections you use in Formula Bot. Upload files, organize your data, and access everything you need for analysis.
Accessing My Data
Click My Data in the sidebar to open the data management interface.
Two Main Sections
Files Tab
Manage all your uploaded files:
- View uploaded spreadsheets, PDFs, and documents
- Upload new files via drag-and-drop
- Search, sort, and organize files
- Delete files you no longer need
- Start a chat with any file
Connectors Tab
Manage your database and analytics connections:
- View all connected data sources
- See connection status at a glance
- Configure knowledge bases
- Set up data access controls
- Remove connections
Quick Actions
From My Data, you can:

| Upload a file | Drag and drop or click the upload area |
| Chat with data | Click the chat icon on any file or connector |
| Search files | Use the search bar at the top |
| Sort files | Click column headers to sort |
| Delete files | Select files and click delete |
Storage Limits
Your storage limit depends on your plan:

| Starter | 1 GB |
| Pro | 10 GB |
| Business | 50 GB |
View your current usage in the Billing section.
Regularly clean up files you no longer need to stay within your storage limits.
