Messages
Messages are counted each time you send a prompt to the AI:
- Simple questions use 1 message
- Complex analysis uses 1 message
- Follow-up questions use 1 message each
AI Actions
AI Actions are used for specialized features. Costs vary by action type:
- Formula generation (1 action)
- PDF to Excel — Table Extract (5 actions)
- PDF to Excel — AI Extract (10 actions per selected page, up to 500 selected pages)
- Web scraping (5–10 actions)
- Enrichments (1–5 actions based on data volume)

Data Connectors
Connect to external data sources:

Code Execution Timeout
Each code execution has a time limit based on your plan:

Higher tiers allow longer-running analyses — useful for large datasets, complex models, and data-heavy operations. If your code exceeds the timeout, you'll see an error message suggesting to simplify the request or upgrade for more time.

- Cancel anytime; refunds follow our refund policy
Annual plans receive the same features as monthly plans at a discounted rate. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Refund requests for annual payments follow the same refund policy as monthly payments: requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the most recent payment and before the account reaches 50 total billable messages, requests, or AI Actions since that payment.

Upgrading
- Go to Billing in the dashboard
- Click Upgrade
- Select your new plan
- Enter payment information
- Immediate access to new features
Downgrading
- Go to Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Changes at next billing cycle
When downgrading, ensure your usage fits within the new plan limits. Excess files or connectors may need to be removed.
