Applying Brand Kits
Bind a Brand Kit to an AI Agent or select one directly for a chat.
Apply a Brand Kit directly to a chat when it is specific to that conversation. Bind a fixed Brand Kit to an Agent when recurring analysis should use the same visual system.
Agent Default
In an Agent's Output & presentation settings, choose one of these behaviors:
- Use a specific Brand Kit: always use the selected accessible kit
- No Brand Kit: do not bring branding from the Agent
When multiple Agents are selected, the Lead Agent supplies the Agent-level Brand Kit behavior. Learn how Lead and specialist Agents work.
Per-Chat Override
Use the chat customization panel when one conversation needs different branding:
- Choose a specific Brand Kit to override the Lead Agent.
- Choose No branding to disable branding for that chat.
- The Lead Agent's fixed kit appears as the current selection until you choose a chat override. To return to the same visual style after overriding it, choose that Brand Kit by name.
The per-chat control is optional. Without a fixed chat or Lead Agent kit, no Brand Kit is applied.
Which Brand Kit Wins?
Formula Bot resolves branding in this order:
| Priority | Selection | Result |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Explicit chat Brand Kit | Uses that kit |
| 1 | Explicit No branding in chat | Uses no Brand Kit |
| 2 | Lead Agent with a fixed kit | Uses the Agent's kit |
| 2 | Lead Agent set to no Brand Kit | Uses no Brand Kit |
| 3 | No fixed selection | Uses no Brand Kit |
Lead Agent controls Agent branding
Specialist Agents do not compete for presentation settings. Only the Lead Agent's fixed Brand Kit is considered.
Use a Brand Kit Immediately
Choose Use Brand Kit from a saved-kit card, saved-kit detail, or starter detail. Formula Bot opens a new overview chat with that kit selected. Starter kits are first materialized as editable workspace copies.
Editing and Deleting
- Editing a Brand Kit updates future outputs that resolve that saved kit.
- Existing generated artifacts keep the styling already saved with them.
- Deleting a kit removes it from new selections.
- A chat or Lead Agent with the deleted kit fixed explicitly reports that the kit is unavailable. Choose a replacement or select no branding before generating new output.
Troubleshooting
A Selected Kit Is Not Appearing
Confirm that the Brand Kit and chat belong to the same personal or team workspace. Then check the chat selection and the Lead Agent's fixed Brand Kit.
A Team Agent Cannot Use a Personal Kit
Fixed Brand Kits must be accessible in the same workspace as the Agent. Choose a team Brand Kit or remove the fixed Brand Kit before moving the Agent to the team.
An Existing Artifact Still Has the Old Style
Generated artifacts retain the visual settings saved at creation time. Generate or update the artifact again to use the newly resolved Brand Kit.
