Creating Brand Kits

Build a Brand Kit from a starter or scratch, then configure colors, typography, number formatting, and artifact details.

Create a Brand Kit when you want a reusable visual system for generated analysis and artifacts.

Start a Brand Kit

  1. Open Brand Kits from the dashboard.
  2. Choose New Brand Kit.
  3. Select a starting style.
  4. Choose the workspace where the kit belongs.
  5. Customize the settings and review the preview.
  6. Choose Save Brand Kit.

Choose a Starting Style

Formula Bot Starter

Choose a starter for a complete palette, type pairing, and number style. Every value remains editable after selection.

Start from Scratch

Start from Formula Bot's balanced defaults and customize each setting yourself.

Brand Details

  • Give the kit a recognizable name.
  • Choose Personal workspace for your own use or Active team for shared team work.
  • A Brand Kit remains in the workspace where it was created.

Colors

Choose:

  • Main color: primary emphasis and the first chart series
  • Canvas color: the background for charts, dashboards, and content slides
  • Supporting colors: additional chart series and accents, used from left to right

Formula Bot derives readable text, card, border, and muted roles from the main and canvas colors. Use the preview to confirm contrast and separation across the full palette.

Typography

Select renderer-safe fonts for headings and body text. The editor shows a sample hierarchy so you can confirm the pairing before saving.

Number Style

Start with US, European, or spaced formatting, or configure separators manually. You can also set:

  • Currency code
  • Decimal places
  • Minus-sign or parentheses treatment for negative values

Positive and negative examples update in the editor as you make changes.

Add optional repeated footer text and legal or disclaimer text. These fields share a presentation export limit, which the editor enforces while you type.

Preview and Save

The preview combines typography, colors, number formatting, chart series, and footer content. Check it on both light and dark canvas choices before saving.

If the workspace has reached its creation capacity, existing Brand Kits remain usable and editable. The editor shows the current capacity before creation.

Use the Brand Kit

After saving, choose Use Brand Kit to start a chat with it selected. You can also bind the kit to an Agent for recurring workflows, or choose it later from the chat customization panel.
