Google Search Console is a free tool from Google that helps website owners monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot their site’s presence in Google Search results. It provides insights into search performance, index coverage, and more, helping you optimize your website for better visibility.
The Google Search Console data connector allows you to pull your website’s search performance data into Formula Bot, enabling detailed analysis and reporting.
Features
Seamless integration with your Google Analytics accounts & properties
Custom report generation
Ability to automatically sync your data to ensure it’s always up to date
Instructions
Connect Google Search Console Account
Navigate to the Data Connectors section in Formula Bot.
Select Google Search Console from the available connectors.
Sign in to your Google account and grant necessary permissions.
Configure Your Report
Choose the website you wish to analyze.
Select the dimensions (e.g., queries, pages, countries, devices) and the time frames (e.g., last 30 days, custom date range) for your report.
Generate Reports
Use the AI Chat to create custom reports and visualizations. For example:
"Show me the top queries for my website in the last 90 days."
"What is the click-through rate for pages in August?"
Troubleshooting
If data doesn’t appear as expected, verify the dimensions and time frame filters. There is typically a 2 day delay in Google Search Console data. If you are requesting a report for “Yesterday,” it will not return results.
